Where do we meet?

We depart from Fishermans Dock Pontoon, Poole Quay, Dorset.

To make it completely unambiguous, use our What3Words address: ///elaborate.sentences.fairly — this pinpoints the exact pontoon.

Is bait included? Do we need to bring our own rods?

All rods, bait, and expert guidance are included in your trip. You are more than welcome to bring your own favourite rod if you prefer, but we have everything you need ready and waiting for you on the boat.

How much is it?

We offer two charter options, both covering the entire boat:

Half Day Charter — £350
Full Day Charter — £700

We are a party of 12 — can you take us?

Danny Boy 2 is licensed for up to 8 passengers(plus 2 crew), so we can't take groups larger than 8 on a single boat.

However, all is not lost! We can partner with another charter boat and split your group across two boats, so everyone still gets to go out on the water together. If you'd like to explore this option, just mention your party size when you enquire and we'll make the arrangements.

Do you take individual bookings or mixed groups?

We operate as a whole boat charter only — we do not run mixed groups or take individual bookings per seat.

When you book with Danny Boy 2, you and your party have the entire boat to yourselves. This means your trip is always private, flexible, and tailored exactly to your group — whether that's a family day out, a corporate outing, or a group of friends. The boat is licensed for up to 8 guests (plus 2 crew).
